Delivery & payment
Delivery is free to every governorate in Syria. After you place your order, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm the bag, the colour and your address, and to schedule delivery. Delivery takes up to 10 working days from confirmation. You pay cash on delivery: no prepayment and no card.
Exchanges
You can exchange a bag within 3 days of delivery if it is unused and still has its tags. If a bag arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp and we make it right. To arrange an exchange, message us on WhatsApp.
Materials
ZAHWA bags are made in vegan leather (PU) with a soft-touch finish. No animal leather is used.
Privacy
We use the name, phone number and address you enter only to confirm, deliver and follow up on your order. We do not sell your data. To delete your data, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@zahwa.me.
